3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information when registering or making a booking.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must not use another person’s account without permission.
• We may restrict or suspend access if an account is misused, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

4. Bookings and availability

• Taxi and houseboat availability, pricing, timing, routes, inclusions, and operator assignment may vary.
• A booking request is confirmed only after the platform or assigned operator confirms it.
• You are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirmation or payment.
• Service delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational issues, safety concerns, or events outside our control.

5. Payments, invoices, and cancellations

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms may apply. Prices, deposits, refunds, and cancellation handling depend on the specific booking, operator policy, and applicable law. Generated invoices or receipts are provided for booking records and may be downloaded from the service where available. Please also review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing payment.

6. Driver and boat operator obligations

• Drivers and boat operators must provide truthful registration, license, insurance, vehicle, vessel, and contact details.
• Operators are responsible for complying with local laws, permits, safety rules, tax requirements, and service obligations.
• Uploaded documents may be reviewed for verification and operational compliance.
• We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove operator access where required for safety, compliance, or service quality.

7. AI assistant and automated responses

Kumarakom AI may use AI-assisted chat to help collect booking preferences, answer common questions, or route requests. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important booking, price, safety, and payment details should be verified before relying on them.

8. Mobile app permissions

The mobile app requires internet access to load the service. Microphone access is optional and used only when you choose voice input features. Downloads may be saved to your device where supported. You can manage app permissions from your Android device settings.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
